Formed in Liverpool in 2018, The Heavy North have developed a sound rooted in garage rock, blues and soul.
Their critically acclaimed debut studio album Electric Soul Machine was released in 2022, and in recent years the band have caught the attention of BBC Radio 2, 6 Music, Radio X, BBC Introducing, Classic Rock Magazine and Tim's Twitter Listening Party.
The band have continued to perform live across the UK, including headline shows at iconic venues such as London's 100 Club and Liverpool's Cavern Club, whilst keeping fans eagerly awaiting new releases.
The Heavy North are Kenny Stuart ( Vocals ), Jose Ibanez ( Guitar ), Jack Birch ( Guitar ), George Favager ( Bass ), Mark Rice ( Drums ) and Ste Penn ( Keys ).
